These terms describe use of Turniva’s app and website. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
About Turniva
Turniva is operated by Baran Ipek. It helps players organise tennis and basketball groups, fixtures and results. Contact support@turnivaapp.com with questions about the service or these terms.
Your account
Use contact details you control and complete the required verification. Keep access to your Google account, phone and verification codes secure. Do not impersonate another person or attempt to access an account or competition without permission.
Using the service
Provide accurate information and treat other members respectfully. Only submit content and personal information you are entitled to share. Do not misuse member contact details, send spam, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Organisers and players arrange participation and venues with each other.
Your content and visibility
You retain rights in the names, notes and competition information you submit. You permit Turniva to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features and visibility choices you use. Check group visibility and contact-sharing choices before publishing information about yourself or others.
Results and availability
Organisers and players are responsible for entering and checking match information and scores. Features and availability may change as Turniva develops. We may restrict misuse or activity that threatens other members or the service, subject to applicable law.
Account and data requests
Profile and sharing choices can be changed in the app. Contact support@turnivaapp.com for help with account access or data requests. We may verify that a request comes from the account owner before acting.
Updates and your legal rights
We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the revised date on this page. These terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law gives you.
